My first conference with ILA. I will sit on a panel to share the research done (at Louisiana State University) on my Communication Component Inventory.  I wasn’t aware of ILA until they contacted about the panel. At first glance, Multipliers: How the Best Leaders Make Everyone Smarter by Liz Wiseman and Greg Mckeown, seems straightforward and common sense.
